and now for something completely different

It's not often that I get "wowed" by a poster design, but this one, which I first saw on @https://www.creativebloq.com/ blew me away.


A recent marketing campaign for the West Australian Ballet company's production of Dracula used a whole new angle (excuse the pun) for their posters. Using a mirror and a top-level understanding of angles this poster can be seen exclusively in restrooms of selected theatres and is sure to shock the living daylights out of anyone!


The poster, which seems totally standard when on the wall, becomes something even more frightening when you shift your eyes to the mirror image as the reflection appears blank. To achieve the desired effect, the poster needs to be situated right next to a mirror (hence, the toilets) and is quite alarming. Check out how the design works in the video below.
